Terms and Conditions
1. General Rules
- Before renting a vehicle, the client is required to sign a statement included in the agreement, declaring that they rent the vehicle at their own responsibility and risk. In case of injury, they waive their right to claim compensation and accept full responsibility for any potential damage to the vehicle.
- Before participating in the tour, every participant is required to attend a safety briefing conducted by an instructor. This briefing covers essential information about operating the vehicle, safety regulations, and conduct during the ride.
- Participants must strictly adhere to the advice and instructions given by the instructor during the tour.
- The snowmobile driver must follow the tracks of the lead instructor.
- While driving or during stops, the snowmobile driver must maintain a minimum distance of 10 meters between vehicles.
- Drivers must keep both hands firmly on the handlebars and balance their body to maintain stability.
- Smoking, using a phone, or taking photos while driving is strictly prohibited.
- Participants must drive at a speed no greater than that recommended during the briefing or set by the instructor during the tour. Speed must also be adjusted to the driver’s skill level. Participants are strictly prohibited from overtaking other tour members.
- In the event of any dangerous situations, such as loss of vehicle control, mechanical issues, collisions with trees, bushes, or other vehicles, overturning, or leaving the designated route, participants must immediately stop, turn off the engine, and wait for the instructor's assistance.
- If the equipment is misused or the safety and operational guidelines are not followed, the instructor reserves the right to stop the vehicle and terminate the agreement without a refund.
- For safety, every snowmobile user must wear a helmet during the ride.
- At the time of vehicle handover, the participant must inspect its condition. Any concerns or observations regarding the vehicle’s condition, including faults or damages, must be reported to the instructor before the tour begins.
- After the vehicle is returned, the organizer reserves the right to charge the participant for repair costs for any identified damage, including but not limited to bent or broken body parts, broken lights, wheel damage, interior damage, scratches, or any other harm caused by the participant. This includes damage resulting from improper use, failure to follow safety guidelines, or non-compliance with the instructor’s instructions.
2. Tour Booking
By reserving or purchasing a ticket for a recreational event, the customer agrees to book a leisure service for a specified date, as defined in the agreement. Consequently, under Article 38, Point 12 of the Consumer Rights Act, participants do not have the right to withdraw from the agreement. This means participants cannot exercise the right to cancel the agreement as outlined in Article 27 of the same act.
In the event of insufficient snow, no refunds will be issued. In such cases, snowmobiles will be replaced with 4x4 ATVs, and the event program will proceed as planned without any changes.
